A little coffeeshop and a HUGE bakery, at Nygård, Bergen. Loads of pastries are being produced and sold here, as well as many cups of coffee from Solberg & Hansen. Still a fresh shop, but you can taste the comming success.
Haralds
A lovely little place of relaxation and constant caffeination using Langøra beans, for the amazing people that live and work in and around Haraldsplass Diakonale Sykehus. I do most of the instagram here too.
Dromedar
A lovely place to work with Solberg & Hansen beans, if you like to experiment with flavours. Which i do. They believed in me and propelled my interest in competing in various coffee competitions.
Litleré
A great place to start a barista-passion. Coffee from Jacu and Fuglen. Trained under a very skilled barista, who taught me to love clean eating and drinking, and how a beautiful cup of coffee is made.
